Wedding Venue

We have space for a marquee for up to 200 people with a catering tent and there is ample car parking space in the grounds. Come and takeover Brompton and treat it as if it's your own.

Corporate Events, Team Building and Christmas Parties

We can organize your conference and a number of different corporate and team building events such as clay pigeon shooting, water skiing and cookery. The Cookery School and conference room are just steps away from the B&B in a beautiful converted barn:

Challenge your colleagues to Master Chef style competition!

Watch one of our experienced chefs demonstrate two or three inspiring dishes and then it will be your turn! Cook individually against each other or in teams against other departments. The Cook-off can either be a half or full day.

Once the cooking has finished and the prizes awarded you move through into our stunning dining room to enjoy your culinary creations.

Wine Tasting

During a Wine Tasting evening Jonathan Hislop, an experienced lecturer in Wine Appreciation, will take you through some superb wines. Wines for summer, winter, for an al fresco lunch, or a festive Christmas celebration; learn what wines to serve to refresh in the heat or warm in the chill.

Demo and Dine

Enjoy a dining experience with a difference. Relax with a glass of Champagne and canapés whilst watching our experienced chef demonstrate a snap-shot of your fabulous two course dinner. This is your chance to ask lots of questions and find out their cookery tips and techniques. Dinner is served in our stunning dining room for you to enjoy a dinner party atmosphere.

Private Parties

Brompton is the perfect environment for a birthday celebration or family get-together. You can take over the house as if it's your own and enjoy a sumptuous dinner in our stunning dining room which seats up to 40 or hire a marquee for larger events. We can also cater for up to 17 guests in out Bed and Breakfast.
